What are your shipping methods?

We ship everything with USPS Priority Mail and Standard Post. Items are typically delivered in 2-3 business days with Priority Mail, after the order has been processed and shipped. Please allow 3-7 business days for Standard Post.

Most orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours. 

What are your shipping methods?

How much is shipping? You will see all the shipping alternatives once you have added your items to the shopping cart and started the check-out process. If you are not satisfied with the shipping options then you can just as easily abort the check-out process.

Can you "overnight" ship my items?

We can in some cases! Contact us for more info. 

Your Order

Will I receive an order confirmation and status updates?

You will receive an automatic order confirmation once you have placed an order. You will also be notified via email once your products have shipped.

Why do you offer additional discounts for schools?

We offer additional discounts for schools and similar educational entities in order to support their effort in providing great physical education activities for their students. The average school PE budget in America is extremely low and teachers rarely have the means to purchase new equipment. Teachers spend an average $500 per year out of their own pocket on school supplies for their students.  

I want to bring floorball to my school but we cannot afford the equipment. What are my options?

We are a 501(c)(3) organization. How do we purchase equipment without being charged sales tax?

Please see the "Tax" section below. 


Do I have to pay sales tax?

We only charge sales tax for orders that are shipped to a destination within New York State. If you receive the goods within New York State then you will be charged tax based on the location (municipality) where the products were shipped to.

My organization is exempt from sales tax. What do we do?

Since since sales tax is only added to orders where the shipping address is within New York State, organizations that are tax exempt and located outside of NYS have nothing to worry about since tax will not be collected.

If your organization is located within New York State and it is exempt from sales tax, then please fill our New Customer Form. You can then place your order via our online store without being charged sales tax (please allow 24 hours for processing, after you have submitted a completed form, prior to placing an order online).

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please note that you MUST NOTIFY Generation Floorball prior to returning an item (800-799-7950 or info@gfloorball.com).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs
are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
